What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of each tag, we do not accept returns. If your tag arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Tag Information & Care
Our resin tags are handmade and designed to be lightweight, water-resistant, and stylish.
Each piece is unique — slight variations in colour or finish are part of the process.
While durable, resin can scratch or chip with heavy wear. We recommend gentle use and supervision with active or chewing-prone dogs.
Not intended as a chew toy or for rough outdoor play.
Please check all custom text before ordering — we cannot make changes once your order is in production.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Processing time between 1-5 days before shipping depending on order.
